How to Find a Story Idea
You don’t have to wait for a story idea to magically appear.
Look around you.
Ask:
- What if…?
- What would happen if…?
- Why does…?
- What if I changed…?
- What if this ordinary thing became extraordinary?
For example:
You see an old school bag.
Ask:
What if the bag belonged to someone who disappeared ten years ago?
Boom! You have a story idea.

Look around your room.
Choose one ordinary object.
Now ask:
What is the most unusual thing that could happen to this object?
Write your answer.
That could become your next story!
